Hi, I’m Abbey! I am a DONA trained postpartum doula and certified nursing assistant with more than eleven years of combined experience in healthcare and family care.

I began my work in healthcare as a CNA and medication technician, spending seven years in hospice, memory care, medical-surgical, oncology, psychiatric, and postpartum settings. That time taught me that skilled care and genuine compassion go hand in hand, and that the smallest acts of consistency and kindness often make the greatest impact.

My focus then expanded toward family care, where I’ve supported infants, multiples, siblings, and parents for the past six years. That experience deepened my love for helping families through daily life and eventually led to more specialized work as a private medical nanny and postpartum doula.

Through Ever After Doula, I bring together my medical background and years of caregiving experience to offer calm, confident support for all forms of families, including adoptive, foster, surrogate, blended, single parent, and dual parent households. My goal is to create an environment where families feel cared for, rested, and capable in the ways that matter most to them.
